Verplichting energielabel C voor kantoren
Kantoorgebouwen groter dan 100 m2 moeten vanaf 2023 volgens de wet energielabel C of hoger hebben. Als het kantoorpand vanaf dat jaar energielabel D of lager heeft, riskeer je als eigenaar ervan een boete van maximaal 81.000 euro of moet je het pand sluiten.

Then the housing corporation will arrange the affordable housing permit. You do not need to do anything yourself.
