2. Marketing actions
The characteristics of your property will be shown on Wolters Housing. Our website, the portal for letting is visited daily by more than 2,000 house seekers. With posters in your property and advertisements in our windows, as well as additional marketing action. The attention on your property is established.
The details of the house seeker for whom we are mediating are linked to the details of the property offered by you. Does your accommodation fall within the search criteria / housing requirements that the house seeker has indicated? If so, we will immediately offer this accommodation via e-mail, SMS and / or telephone. As soon as interested candidates have been found, we will arrange appointments for viewings. A viewing can take place with just one person, or with a number of interested parties at the same time.

5. Prospective tenant
