Rental conditions and income requirements

The following conditions apply when assessing your rental application:
• The maximum allowable monthly rent is calculated by dividing the combined gross annual income by 42.
• A second income is counted at 100%.
• If the income requirement is met, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
• A security deposit equal to two months' rent will be required if the income requirement is not fully met or if there is no permanent employment contract.
• Students are not eligible to rent this apartment.
• Renting under a company name is not permitted Self-employed applicants

For self-employed applicants, the average income of the last two completed financial years will be used to assess eligibility. Therefore, the business must have been established for at least two years.

Promotion
For apartments with a basic monthly rent of €2,000.00 or higher, one month's base rent is offered free of charge.
